Absolutely horrendous. Tab isn't even close. I wrote and recorded guitar and wanted to make tab for the band and it didn't even come close to being correct. What's worse is that I paid for the annual subscription in advance because you save so much. You save so much because they you'll cancel after using it. Not only that but the website glitches and doesn't even work properly.
I have been searching for an apps that can really generate piano piece notes and this is it. This apps is amazing. It can perform and function at it is said. Just make sure you upload clean and bright audio and everything will be converted to piano notes. The good thing also is you can edit the pdf file.

The transcriptions are wonderful, but the lack of customer support leads to a dead end if there are any issues. For instance, today Klangio can't seem to process PayPal and there is no way to get the issue resolved: no phone number, no text support, nothing. This makes me rethink my decision to choose an annual subscription. Maybe I should move on to another service?
I found this company and wanted to transcribe a piano piece from YouTube. The sample version was good so I paid the three pounds for the full version. It was completely different in key and made no sense whatsoever? Nothing like any tuneI asked for refund and received it no problem but I was upset it couldn't be done again like the sample and don't understand why it was so different? Anyway I assume A good service most of the time
