The transcriptions are wonderful, but the lack of customer support leads to a dead end if there are any issues. For instance, today Klangio can't seem to process PayPal and there is no way to get the issue resolved: no phone number, no text support, nothing. This makes me rethink my decision to choose an annual subscription. Maybe I should move on to another service?
