Customer Service is worst than useless. It makes a mockery of the company's pledge never to deviate from trustworthy customer service. Since January I've been requesting a refund after returning two crystal lanterns that were ordered for Christmas but arrived two weeks late. Customer Service ignores my repeated requests for the refund or to whom I can speak to directly about my refund. To this day, I don't have the lanterns; I don't have my refund; and I have not heard from Customer Service about resolving the issue. Needless to say, I intend never again to deal with Klarako and urge others to beware.
