Get it from a competitor. Lamps are fine but there is a huge cost for return.
The product costed $150 or something and I had to pay $58 to return + owe 20% for restocking.
Every other competitor offers free return.
Don’t waste your money. Their products are cheaply built. Their 30 day money back guarantee does not exist. Their customer service either doesn’t respond or asks you to charge it, send videos when I’ve already explained the light doesn’t work but they will not acknowledge that fact. They are stalling and not accepting responsibility. Great looking products. They don’t work. Don’t waste your money, time and save aggravation dealing with them.
Don't waste your money.I bought the crystal table lantern less than a year ago.It worked for a week or so and then I stopped using it.It does not work anymore. I have never used it outside, never dropped it or abused it in any way.I contacted the company who informed me they had a 30 day return policy and could not help me.
I requested to cancel my order after it took far too long to ship, and customer service confirmed the cancellation. Weeks later, I was surprised to receive a shipping notification. When I followed up, they admitted it was an internal miscommunication and asked me to accept the package anyway, offering a $20 refund as a “good faith” gesture. I had already purchased a replacement by then—why would I accept something I no longer need? The whole experience was frustrating and chaotic. Poor communication, disorganized service. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.
Customer Service is worst than useless. It makes a mockery of the company's pledge never to deviate from trustworthy customer service. Since January I've been requesting a refund after returning two crystal lanterns that were ordered for Christmas but arrived two weeks late. Customer Service ignores my repeated requests for the refund or to whom I can speak to directly about my refund. To this day, I don't have the lanterns; I don't have my refund; and I have not heard from Customer Service about resolving the issue. Needless to say, I intend never again to deal with Klarako and urge others to beware.
Worst customer service- lack of any sort of customer support. If you’re not technically savvy you will find it even harder. They don’t care how hard they make it to resolve an issue. I’ve been emailing back and forth for days. I get one email per day. Even if I respond first thing in the morning- I won’t hear again until tomorrow. Every file I sent with videos were unacceptable, not viewable, etc.
They sent me a faulty lamp. I complained. They sent me a second faulty lamp. I told them it too was faulty. Please refund my money and please send me a pre-paid return shipping label so that I can return their crappy merchandise. They Never responded. It's been 3 months. They refuse to refund me the money and/or acknowledge that they never sent me a pre-paid return shipping.I finally threw both lamps into the garbage where they belong. Asked CITICARDS for a refund the company said no because I never sent them back a lamp. Save your money and get merchandise that is not cheaply made . THis company is garbage and by the way I never write reviews - trust me stay away
Customer service has been completely unhelpful in resolving a lamp issue I received as a gift. They want information about the person who bought it, but we got this lamp at a company Christmas party - I don't know who bought it. I requested my inquiry be escalated, the lamp doesn't work - I just want it fixed! I said I'd pay to have it fixed. Will not purchase anything now that customer service experience has been so poor.
Ordered the cordless lantern and had ordered 2 more in a separate order. One does not work without it being plugged in. 12-26 I contacted Klarako explaining the issue with a video which is what they ask for. 12-27 They responded asking for me to try different USB-c charging cords as 95% of the time it solves the problem. I did this with 3 different cords at 6-8 charge hours per cord. Nothing. 12-27 I reported back that it still would not hold a charge. 1-1 After five days I finally got a response that I asked that upload another video of showing me trying different cords to Google drive. So I did. 1-4 Received a response “I will get back to you soon with an update.” It is now 6 days later and I have gotten no response. I feel like I’m just being waited out until the timeframe for return has expired. The amount of hoops they have you jump through to prove to them that a unit is defective is ridiculous. I’m willing to update if they come through but I’m not holding my breath!
