Ordered the cordless lantern and had ordered 2 more in a separate order. One does not work without it being plugged in. 12-26 I contacted Klarako explaining the issue with a video which is what they ask for. 12-27 They responded asking for me to try different USB-c charging cords as 95% of the time it solves the problem. I did this with 3 different cords at 6-8 charge hours per cord. Nothing. 12-27 I reported back that it still would not hold a charge. 1-1 After five days I finally got a response that I asked that upload another video of showing me trying different cords to Google drive. So I did. 1-4 Received a response “I will get back to you soon with an update.” It is now 6 days later and I have gotten no response. I feel like I’m just being waited out until the timeframe for return has expired. The amount of hoops they have you jump through to prove to them that a unit is defective is ridiculous. I’m willing to update if they come through but I’m not holding my breath!
