I ordered 2 Prism Glow Lamps from Klarako on November 4. These lamps were part of a Christmas present for my wife. These lamps are described as crystal glass on the Klarako website. When delivered, I did not open the boxed lamps, but immediately wrapped them for Christmas. On Christmas Day, my wife opened the lamps and that is when we discovered that the lamps were in fact not crystal glass, but rather plastic. I immediately contacted Klarako requesting the information that I would need to return the lamps for a refund. Klarako Customer Service informed me that my request to return the lamps was outside of their 30 day return policy. I explained that the lamps were Christmas gifts – and that the lamps had not been opened prior to Christmas. I also noted that the lamps were not crystal glass as noted on their website, but rather plastic. Klarako has refused to accept these lamps back or to issue me a refund. I am filing this complaint due to the deceptive description on the Klarako website – re: crystal glass when the lamps are clearly made of plastic.
