Product arrived as expected and looked good. However they stopped working after a few weeks.As they were a Christmas present, they were unopened for 2 months, so we had no warranty. The manual clearly states they have a 1 year warranty, but the website says 30 days.The company told us they were going to do nothing, same as what everyone else on this website has experienced.Any reviews here saying they are good at customer service are obviously fake.The product is rubbish.Update as at 15th Feb.Klarako contaced me, full of apologies and saying they would refund me, based on my bad experience. To their credit, I have been refunded in full.
