I understand I can't inspect the item, and I accept that risk. But communication has been a major issue! I need to know the packaging size and weight for the shipping company, yet not a single representative could provide this information! Am I really expected to travel from another country to pick up an item worth 200 euros? What if it's a heavy machine? How can I trust it will be loaded properly? The auction takes a percentage of the sale but seems to avoid responsibility. Quite a frustrating experience...
