I have made a mistake and placed a bid on the item I could not pay and informed the front desk before the end of the auction. It was my bad and I was very sorry for that. Eventually the item was sold for more than the seller wanted, so everybody happy. However...I was blocked on the site and i find it reasonable, but after explaining everything to another reasonable person Jackob B, se agreed that I should "rest" some time from bidding as a result of bad decisions. However, after a month of inactivity, I contacted the front desk again and not so reasonable Linda told me I will be blocked (maybe forever). So I find two very different views: one (Jackob B) is understanding and reasonable, understanding that mutual business is good for both sides and mistakes happen, on the other hand, another (Linda)is arrogant enough and does not care. So basically i am a bit confused. And this system, when your email each time goes to different person does not help as well.
