After paying for a Klaravik item in October I got informed that the item itself could not be shipped and that I would be refunded. I was then told that my banking details were not usable and that I needed to get official papers from my bank. After issuing the official bank papers I was told that they were not clear enough and did not clearly show IBAN. After lots of email exchange and a phone call I was told that refund would be done. Since then, nothing happened and my emails seem to be ignored.Disappointed
