I can’t login to my account. It asks to either request a phone code or email code. I ask for phone. Get it, input BUT then it also forces me to request email code. I request that and don’t get it, at all, even though Klarna tells me correctly what my email address is.
I’ve searched all my junk boxes as well as in inboxes for the 3 possible email addresses, and done this in my phone app as well as logging onto a computer and using Hotmail website (Microsoft). As well as logging into the computer website for Klarna too. Nothing.
I’m stuck. Where are all the codes being sent to??
I also can’t ask your chat line as you have to sign into your account, which is very silly as I can’t. Hence review here.
I also can’t seem to create a new account as I’m being told I already have one.
