I always use this platform to make purchase online because is useful but, this time I'm having the worst moment embarrassing situation and a real nightmare after a purchase I made on December for a " Christmas gift" this item was never delivered. The Online store shows Klarna as an Option for payment, automatically I trust on this page. Because it's suppose they're (Arklen)already registered (with Klarna)like a Legitimate Store online. Now after many emails and proofs that I never received the merchant they still making charges to my debit card. I just need Klarna cancel this Plan because I already reported like a Spam. After 5 months Many Calls and Emails till today I don't have a solution for this problem.
