They admitted they have NO UTR (transaction reference) and NO IBAN transfer proof.
Agents tell contradictory lies: one says the system "automatically paid off another invoice," another claims "I personally paid it back to the seller" 5 days later (which is absurd!).
I possess full evidence: I have all chat screenshots, invoices, and confirmation that the internal balance option was inactive.
Klarna is illegally withholding my funds and refuses to provide proof of payment. This is not a system error; it is theft. I am reporting this to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and ECC.
