From August follow up for defected product under warranty finally after my Husband review in trustpolite we got an answer from them to shii product to them . We sent our BBQ in for repair or replacement well over a month and a half ago, and since then, our product has been effectively stolen by the company. Here is the timeline of their incompetence:• 1.5 Months Ago: My BBQ was taken in.• The Excuse: After weeks of chasing, Klarstein's customer service finally stated the product is "out of stock" and offered no timeline, solution, or alternative.This is not just poor service; it is a clear breach of contract. A simple "out of stock" response is unacceptable after taking a customer's product for this long without providing a resolution.Do not trust this company with your money or your products. Their after-sales support is non-existent, and they clearly have no respect for their customers or consumer rights.
