Disappointing quality and high cost. I purchased a water filter in December 2024 for over £300. After replacing the filter for another £70, the machine has completely stopped working. It would have been more economical to buy bottled water. The manual provided is ineffective, referencing buttons that are either nonexistent or undocumented, like the water intake and reset buttons, none of which are present.
Defective and low-quality cooker hood. The metal feels weak, the LED lights are inadequate, and the product failed to function! It has taken more than a month of emails and phone calls to receive a response regarding the return, which has delayed my kitchen renovation project. I've had to buy another cooker hood from a different seller to move forward.
We bought a glass extractor fan from the company, and one night while we were in bed, the glass shattered, scattering shards throughout our kitchen, with some pieces even embedded in our brick wall. They told us that since the unit was beyond the warranty period, they do not replace or sell parts to make it functional again.
The customer service is extremely disappointing, with constant misinformation. Don't count on being able to replace the bulbs in the appliance. They expect you to handle the entire replacement yourself, despite clear instructions stating that the part is available from the manufacturer.
I purchased a tumble dryer and after 80 minutes, a small blanket was still damp. I noticed it was hardly warm. I attempted to return it within 48 hours of receiving it, but the company has failed to arrange a courier for a refund despite multiple requests. It remains in my kitchen after a week, and I paid a significant amount for it. As someone who is profoundly deaf, I also reached out to the support team twice using their form. They responded once asking for my phone number, but since then, I've heard nothing. I do not want this defective dryer; I just want my refund.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE - AVOID KLARSTEIN AT ALL COSTS - Order 0403700244Our experience with Klarstein has been nothing short of a complete disaster and a testament to truly shocking customer service. From August follow up for defected product under warranty finally after my Husband review in trustpolite we got an answer from them to shii product to them . We sent our BBQ in for repair or replacement well over a month and a half ago, and since then, our product has been effectively stolen by the company. Here is the timeline of their incompetence:• 1.5 Months Ago: My BBQ was taken in.• The Excuse: After weeks of chasing, Klarstein's customer service finally stated the product is "out of stock" and offered no timeline, solution, or alternative.This is not just poor service; it is a clear breach of contract. A simple "out of stock" response is unacceptable after taking a customer's product for this long without providing a resolution.Do not trust this company with your money or your products. Their after-sales support is non-existent, and they clearly have no respect for their customers or consumer rights.
I ordered an ice machine, it turned up, it was an obvious return from another customer, it was packaged upside down, was covered in a glue residue (from the plastic coating that the return customer had removed), it had a dent in it, we gave it the benefit of the doubt, cleaned it up, left it standing and then turned it on to make ice, 2 hours later 1 ice cube and a smell of burning electrics! Put a request in for a replacement, to get an email saying how about you keep it for 20% discount - laughable!!!!Then got another email instructing me to send a video to prove it wasn't working?? What a 2 hour one??I stated I wanted a replacement not a refund.Got send a return label to return it via evri, no shops will accept it as its over 10kg, I keep telling Klarstein and they keep sending me an email saying take to the shop!!!! Use google translate and please read my email in English!I give up looks like a credit card chargeback will need to be used. Don't waste hours of your life using this company take my advice and go elsewhere!
My item was due to be delivered by 30 Nov25. It is now 5 Dec. No communication from the company. Went on line to track order and it appears my item was returned by customs. Struggled to find an email address, found one finally and emailed but still heard nothing about what is happening. in response to your feedback, I have already emailed you twice with no response and included the order number on both occasions. I do not know why it was turned away at customs as why would I know? You sent the item, I haven't actually received it and your tracker tells me it was returned and no-one has told me why. Can you provide me with a different email address that may be more effective in getting a response?
