I attempted to return it within 48 hours of receiving it, but the company has failed to arrange a courier for a refund despite multiple requests. It remains in my kitchen after a week, and I paid a significant amount for it. As someone who is profoundly deaf, I also reached out to the support team twice using their form. They responded once asking for my phone number, but since then, I've heard nothing. I do not want this defective dryer; I just want my refund.
