My experience with the service was extremely disappointing. What is advertised online does not reflect the final amount due at the desk. They pressure you into additional charges or decisions you did not agree to. The entire process felt misleading and seemed focused on extracting as much money as possible from customers. They charged us €55 for a traffic fine that we had to pay again to the authorities. This feels like a scam on their part. Overall, this company may look appealing in its marketing, but the actual customer experience can be stressful, costly, and frustrating. Stressful, dishonest, and not worth the risk - I would not rent from them again.
