They pressure you into additional fees or decisions you did not agree to. The entire process felt deceptive and seemed focused on extracting as much money as possible from customers. They charged us €55 for a traffic fine that we had to pay again to the authorities. This feels like a scam on their part. Overall, this company may appear appealing in its marketing, but the actual customer experience can be stressful, costly, and infuriating. Stressful, dishonest, and not worth the risk - I would not use their services again.

What kind of 'handling' justifies such a fee for sending an email? Other companies do not charge for this, but clearly, your company will do everything to extract more money from its customers. It all felt dishonest and exploitative. Be prepared for last-minute pressure and unexpected costs. After the rental, we received a speeding report, and they charged our credit card €55 just for 'handling' the email they sent us, while we had to pay the actual ticket separately. Our experience was not 'stressful'; it was disappointing and uncomfortable to wait for your driver in the cold. You are not clarifying anything because we had to drag luggage and kids in the cold and wait for you. Renting from you is not easy. 2. Regarding the insurance; it was through the third party we rented from, which you should recognize. As a customer, I had already paid for the rental plus full insurance and expected you to honor that agreement. Otherwise, you should not partner with them. 3. 'At the desk, all customers are offered two standard rental options' - that's the problem! We had already bought insurance! We were not allowed to use third-party insurance, and your staff told us we had to choose between a huge amount locked on my credit card or pay for insurance again through you, which cost more than the rental plus full insurance. We had no choice at midnight, exhausted after a long journey. 4. If we get a product online, we don’t expect to pay the carrier a second time for it, but that’s what your company did. 5. If the vehicle size only fits 2 carry-ons, that’s what you should advertise. Your ad says 2 suitcases, which is misleading. Lastly, if you 'truly regret' this experience, you should offer to refund what you took from the customer instead of trying to appear honest when you are not.
