This is a company that will do anything to get more money from its customers. What you see on the website is not what you pay at the desk. We had already purchased full insurance, yet we were told that third-party insurance was not accepted. At the counter, we were forced to choose between a high deposit with ridiculous penalties (€400 per 1 cm scratch) or purchasing insurance again through the service, which cost more than the rental itself. It all felt dishonest and exploitative. Be prepared for last-minute pressure and unexpected costs. After the rental, we received a speeding report, and they charged our credit card €55 just for 'handling' the email they sent us, while we had to pay the actual ticket separately. This is absolutely ridiculous and dishonest. Last-minute pressure, hidden fees, and endless charges. Avoid.
