I rented a car through a booking platform. When I went to the office, they tried to force me into another insurance costing €320. I explained that I had full protection insurance online, but they insisted it wasn’t sufficient. When I refused, they wouldn’t give me the car. I contacted the booking platform, and they refunded my money. Afterwards, I went to a reliable company. NEVER TRUST THIS SERVICE.
