Don't book at KlassWagen Hungary. I can't understand why they have a rating of 4.5. The employee that helped us was very rude. Although we booked full insurance at Rentalcars.com we had to give a huge deposit of €2300 euro (more than € 2500 euro with exchange rate surcharge). The car (which was also a Romanian car) was full of scratches and employee said: take some pictures and it will be okey. That didn't feel good. At returning the car the other employee was also agressive when we wanted to read the document which we had to sign. The total car rental felt like a dubious company and very customer-unfriendly. Don't book here!
