My experience with the service was incredibly frustrating. What they advertise online does not match the amount you end up paying at the desk. They pressure you into additional fees or decisions you did not agree to. The entire process felt deceptive and seemed focused on extracting as much money as possible from customers. They charged us €55 for a traffic fine that we had to pay again to the authorities. This feels like a scam on their part. Overall, this company may appear appealing in its marketing, but the actual customer experience can be stressful, costly, and infuriating. Stressful, dishonest, and not worth the risk - I would not use their services again.
