Had a great experience with staff at Faro office, however the car we were allocated broke down and we had to visit the Lisbon office to swap cars and the experience was not great at all, loads of people waiting, no one would give any information, they just kept saying to wait for our turn, machine that should give tikets was not working,and someone was supposed to be given hadwwritten tikets but that person was no were to be seen, some staff members were quite rude and just said we needed to deal with people inside the office, some people were waiting for over 1h. While we were waiting we notcied that another customer came to swap a car that broke down, the car we were allocated was from 2016, very stiff and hard to drive. Will not be using their service again, and would not recomend.
