Nightmare. The Worst Company for Email - Cost me thousands of dollars.
After years of my team using Klaviyo, I finally needed help from customer service after my business card got a fraud charge, and I replaced it, but their system suspended me even though we updated it within 2 days of realizing the card was replaced.
I emailed, I chatted, I begged their "product experts", I entered multiple credit cards and they charged me, but my account remained frozen.
After dozens of attempts in 2 days trying to reach customer service, filing requests, begging, I could not get anyone to help and my big campaign couldnt send out to my audience and it cost me thousands.
This company has very limited customer service, and will suspend your account for the slightest issue and it is nearly impossible to get it to work.
Meanwhile, you will still be charged, not able to send emails, and no one wil help you.
Eventually you will have to call your bank and have Klaviyos deductions blocked and get a new email provider. No one from Klaviyo will help you. They have plenty of clients.
Klaviyo is huge, and everyone seems to promote them, but they will cost you and are truly a nightmare if you ever need help with anything.
