Signed up with them to use their texting campaign feature. Keep on throwing me an error, tried a couple times to work it out with them was not able to get anywhere with them. Finally requested a refund its been 2 plus weeks and not even a response. Would stay away
It’s been over a year since some site started spamming me through this service. I reported it to the Klaviyo abuse team multiple times - they promised to fix it. Shockingly, they didn’t. I used to think people couldn’t be that useless… then Klaviyo showed me otherwise.
Shocking. Absolutely shocking. My account was suspended out of the blue, with no warning, no explanation, and no support.
I’ve spent hours crafting newsletters, building campaigns, and hundreds of pounds on social ads to grow my audience... and Klaviyo just nuked it all in a second.
I’ve done nothing wrong. No spam, no violations, no shady behaviour. My campaigns were entirely legitimate, yet my account, and my business communication, was halted instantly.
Customer service has been near nonexistent. Automated messages, no timelines, no clarity. The entire experience is infuriating and unprofessional.
If you run a business and value your time, your work, and your customers, do not trust Klaviyo. One day they’ll just delete everything you’ve built without reason, and there’s nothing you can do about it. One star is far too generous for this.

I had an issue with payments and contacted Klaviyo in a polite and timely manner. I was told the issue would be resolved and that I would be connected with a specialist who would take over the case.After that: complete radio silence.Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I received no response at all.When I later tried to log into my account, I discovered that it had suddenly been deactivated. Again, I sent several emails asking for an explanation — once more, no reply.Only after I reached my limit and decided to email all available Klaviyo contact addresses did I finally receive a response — the very same evening. That alone is already quite strange.And then, suddenly, I was told that my “content, industry or practices” were allegedly in conflict with Klaviyo’s policies. This came as a complete surprise. I never received any warning, notice, or prior communication about this. No explanation, no chance to fix anything — just an account blocked without any due process.This is especially frustrating because I invested a significant amount of time and effort into building my email flows. My entire email marketing setup was effectively wiped out without warning or proper explanation.I have since sent another email requesting a detailed clarification, but I am not optimistic that this will lead to a solution.Overall, I strongly discourage using Klaviyo. Their communication is extremely poor, and it appears that major decisions are made abruptly and without transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend signing up with Klaviyo at all.
I recently transferred my Klaviyo account to a new owner, expecting the billing to stop on my end. Unfortunately, I’m still being charged even though I no longer have control over the account. The process for resolving this issue has been unclear and time-consuming, and I haven’t received a satisfactory resolution. This experience makes me question Klaviyo’s account management and billing practices. I would not recommend Klaviyo unless they improve transparency and support for ownership transfers.
During Black Friday, I've had 2 campaigns already where a shared IP ban caused 22.5 and 60% of my emails to bounce. After research, this turned out to be a problem on Klaviyo its end, who have a limited number of IP addresses. When you’re on top of your campaigns and you’re doing a send on a fixed timestamp, you can easily fix this by re-sending to all bounced contacts after you see it's not delivering in a 1 hour window.However, when sending emails in a local time zone and you work out a whole delivery schedule, and 24 hours later you figure out an email has not been properly delivered, you can’t fix it anymore. Support from Klaviyo was about to get back to me on this but I never heard back. Most likely they will get back after the BFCM period.Not happy with this, costing us a lot of money. Not speaking about the cost of using Klaviyo software.
Klaviyo charged my business debit card for $30.00I never signed up for any free trial or subscription.I tried to reach this company through their site's help center, sales, customer support but got nowhere.Worst part is, how did they acquire my cards credentials!!!STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
