After signing up and paying $70, I was required to enable MFA/2FA — there's no option to skip it. I set it up with my phone number, received the Viber verification code without issues, and successfully launched my first campaign.

The next time I tried to log in, the MFA code simply stopped arriving. I tried resending it over 50 times across multiple devices and browsers — nothing. I was completely locked out of my account while my campaign was running, unable to see results or manage anything.

I reached out to support, and this is where it got worse. They respond roughly every 8 hours, which means a simple back-and-forth takes days. Each time I replied, they asked for something new. The list of things they demanded "for security" was absurd: five profile email addresses from my account, the name of my last campaign, last login date, mailing address on file, other user emails, last invoice amount, last 4 digits of my payment method, last charge date, a screenshot of my bank statement showing the Klaviyo charge, a screenshot of my ecommerce admin backend with the URL visible, AND they wanted me to create a page on my website titled "Klaviyo Test" and send them the URL.

I provided over 10 unique pieces of identifying information across multiple emails. Any reasonable support team would have verified my identity with a fraction of that. Instead, they kept coming back asking for more, one item at a time, with 8-hour gaps between replies.

The issue is still not resolved. My business has been suffering for days because I cannot access my own account. I will be canceling permanently. If your MFA system can break after one use and your recovery process takes days of bureaucratic back-and-forth, something is seriously wrong.
