Misleading return information on their website: They are a Dutch webshop, and I paid via iDeal, so I expected to be able to return my purchase to a Dutch address and receive a full refund. Instead, they are asking me to pay shipping fees to China. Initially, they offered only a partial refund—20%, then 30%, and later 40%—and stated that a full refund would only be given if I covered the shipping cost to China.
