Misleading return information on their website: They are a Dutch webshop, and I paid via iDeal, so I expected to be able to return my purchase to a Dutch address and receive a full refund. Instead, they are asking me to pay shipping fees to China. Initially, they offered only a partial refund—20%, then 30%, and later 40%—and stated that a full refund would only be given if I covered the shipping cost to China.

I’ve been in a dispute with this company for over a month now. They operate as a front for cheap manufacturing operations in China, despite appearing to be based in the Netherlands. I waited 20 days for delivery—definitely not what you’d expect from a Dutch store. It became obvious the item was shipped directly from China, with no local stock involved.The product I received was nothing like the pictures—poor quality fabric, inaccurate color, bad fit, and sloppy manufacturing. When I requested a refund in line with the return policy stated on their own website, they refused.This is a scam operation—profiting by misleading customers and selling substandard goods.If you're considering a purchase, don’t. You’ll likely be disappointed and stuck with a product you can't return.
