Run for your lives! They are THIEVES! DISHONEST!We bought a table from them over a month ago because we wanted to change our living room table, which we use all week as a work from home station. We were tempted by the saleswoman, who told us it was the best seller and would fit perfectly.As our old table was 1.85m long, we asked her to make it to the same measurements as this one, but to reduce the size of the legs, which we thought were too thick. She gave 0 constructive comments or advise but was just pushing to sell and hit targets. After 5 weeks of waiting we finally received the table and the big disappointment... The colour is not the same it is beige whereas we had ordered it in white. The size of the table is too small because the cloud shape is about 30% smaller than a traditional rectangular table. The legs under the table, although we asked for them to be narrowed, are too wide, which prevents us from sitting properly on the table and working on it.In short, the table is not usable and we don't want it. It is DEFECTIVE. We called the after-sales service and they told us there was nothing they could do except repaint it, which didn't solve our problem.We feel like we've been ripped off and we're writing this review to prevent other customers from ordering from this brand, which has no concern whatsoever for consumer satisfaction. They only want to make more sales and have not advised us properly at all because the because the table is unusable.My advice to you is to go the other way, the value for money is not worth it, the delivery times are too long, and the returns policy is far too strict.
