I’m really happy with my experience ordering from Klekktic. The couch, dining chairs, and coffee tables I received are stylish, well-made, and exactly what I was hoping for. The service was smooth and the delivery team did a good job with setup, everything arrived in good condition and on time.The only down-side is that the customization process took a bit longer than expected. It’s understandable, given that items are made to order, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you're on a tight timeline. Overall though, definitely recommend them for design variety and price wise.
I had a disappointing experience with Klekktic. The sofa I ordered tore twice in the same spot within a short time of use. Despite reporting the issue with photos and documentation, the company only offered a repair using mismatched fabric instead of replacing the faulty cover. This was not aligned with their advertised standards or pricing.Communication was slow and unsupportive, and I did not receive a resolution that reflects the quality and price point of the item. I have since filed a consumer complaint with the relevant authorities due to the lack of a satisfactory outcome.
Be aware dealing with this company they are manipulating everything you see online. If you comment on Instagram they block it. If you comment on google they add 100 (5 stars) FAKE REVIEWS on top of your comment. They have no clue what they’re doing so be smart before you think of buying from them and evaluate your options wisely. I was lucky enough to be warned by a friend who bought from them in the past and seen all the red flags prior to buying anything from them. If you check trust pilot feed you will even find the owner wrote a 5 star review for her own business 😂 🚩 🚩 🚩 🚩
They have no experience whatsoever in all types of furniture production. They use subcontractors of lower standards to produce the orders. This is why they struggle to change or alter any produced items after delivery even if the mistake is from their end. Unfortunately so many companies are jumping into this furniture industry without a single clue on how such businesses operate and how complex furniture production is.
