KLIC provided an excellent service. There was an initial issue with the door being delivered from the factory the wrong colour. KLIC were on the case right away and resolved the problem as soon as the right one was ready from the factory.The buying experience was easy and the salesman knowledgeable about the product and had samples with him.Once the papers were signed we had a full detailed measure up by their surveyor within a week. A few weeks later the installation was equally impressive, the on site guys very pleasant, conscientious, hard working and focused on getting the little things right. Overall, we’re absolutely delighted with our new windows and composite door. We have a very large, curved bay window and it looks superb. All of our neighbours commenting on how lovely everything looks. Well done KLIC, highly recommended.
