The sales rep who sold us our windows was a very helpful man who explained all features of the windows and doors thoroughly. He was in no rush and spent 2 hours talking through the products.What let this company down was the fact that we were given a fitting date and booked time of work, within less than 24 hours notice we were informed that it had been moved to 3 weeks later which led to booking more time of work. The fitting process was outstanding, as well as the customer service with the window fitters was amazing. They were so friendly and we felt comfortable having them in my home. They answered all questions we had and cleaned up all there mess. They also stayed till the job was complete instead of coming back the next day.
