THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICEI got a beautiful wooden discman for my birthday. It looks like a piece of steampunk technology befitting a gentleman such as myself *coughs*.Unfortunately, the cd player skipped occasionally. I sent Klim an email asking what the best way was to clean the lens. But they offered to send me a new discman because it was not supposed to skip, fresh out of the box. I didn't even need to send my old discman to them. Amazing customer service.My new discman sounds great, looks great and works perfectly.
