Again cheap Chinese goods. I took the chance to purchase a computer cooler and one of its cooling fans didn’t work. I called the children playing at business and was told to send it back at my expense. I gave them a second chance but it didn’t work again. It appears their customer support team does not care about the people that keep them in business. I vision a room full of kiddies on scooters playing video games and not recognizing they are ruining their business. I won’t be buying from them again and recommend you don’t either.

Klim Canada warranty denied buyer beware

I purchased my KLIM boots directly from KLIM Canada because of their reputation for durability and premium support. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match that reputation.After normal use, the soles began separating at the heel while the bottoms of the boots still looked almost new. This isn’t normal wear and tear — it’s a structural failure. I reported the issue only a few weeks after the warranty expired, and the separation clearly didn’t appear overnight. It was developing beforehand.KLIM Canada declined the warranty, calling it “normal daily use,” which doesn’t line up with the condition of the boots or the nature of the failure. A few things stood out during the process:The warranty started on the order date, not the day the boots were actually received.Getting support required multiple follow‑ups; responses were slow and inconsistent.The offered 30% discount felt like a generic gesture, not a solution to a legitimate defect.For a brand that positions itself as premium, the warranty support didn’t reflect that standard.A heel separation on a lightly worn boot simply isn’t normal wear, and dismissing it as such felt like hiding behind policy instead of applying common sense.I expected KLIM to stand behind their product, especially when the issue clearly began within the warranty period. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend KLIM Canada’s warranty support, and I think future customers should be aware of how situations like this are handled.

No help when the product stop working

I gave them 5 in february but now it is a different story.i backed for Turbofrost and what can i say it is a really bad product stop working.And get no help written to Thomas only time i get from him was a new kickstarter but no help with the fault product.So i do not feel for backing them any more with no help when you need it.

Best customer service!

KLIM products are great but their customer service is really another level. Messaged them on Boxing day about an issue with my fan desk and they arranged for a replacement within 24 hours. Thank you Marja / Thiabaud! A lovely end to the year thanks to KLIM.

Brought a retro style boombox off amazon its great sounds lovely on radio cassette tape an radio is clear with punchy audio an Bluetooth an USB player all in 1 excellent price and well made its my first product from kilm an it certainly won't be the last if they build everything as good as that little boombox you laughing

THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICEI got a beautiful wooden discman for my birthday. It looks like a piece of steampunk technology befitting a gentleman such as myself *coughs*.Unfortunately, the cd player skipped occasionally. I sent Klim an email asking what the best way was to clean the lens. But they offered to send me a new discman because it was not supposed to skip, fresh out of the box. I didn't even need to send my old discman to them. Amazing customer service.My new discman sounds great, looks great and works perfectly. horrendous product support. I may as well have bought a no name brand. I have absolutely 0 incentive to spend another dollar with this company. ive owned multiple klim products over the years, after them not standing behind product warranty or ability to repair their product as they so advertise. failing buisness with a real PIA chick who always answers the phone.

This chair has lasted for several years, and I tend to kinda break furniture kinda easily. One day a crack showed up in the seat, and I asked if it would be possible just to buy the seat portion. Instead, they found me a solution, sent it to me, and then waited to see if it was repaired to what I was ok with! This happened on about June of 2023, and the chair and the solution are still rock solid as I type this tonight.Also, they have a ton of adorable pets.

What a company should be 👏

- Quality products- Honest advertisements that warn you about the ins and outs of their products- I lost a cable, wrote them to know which one I needed to buy, they answered 10 minutes later and offered to send the cable for free. Two days after it's in my house 🤯
