My wife and I travelled back to the UK from Canada. Arriving back in Canada we were informed that our 2 Suitcases were still in Amsterdam. We were informed that the case would arrive the following day on the same scheduled flight we took. We were informed by Westjet that one of our cases was in Toronto and the other in Amsterdam. Why would you send one case to Toronto and the other to Edmonton. Called KLM who informed me that it wasn’t there problem as the final flight is Westjet. Great response as the luggage wasn’t put on our flight with KLM at Amsterdam and the flight from Amsterdam to Edmonton is with KLM.
