I bought an online ticket £848 and cancelled immediately. KLM issued an e-ticket with payment details described. KLM NEVER DISPUTED THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO A REFUND, in fact they put in writing in several emails they had refunded me. However the REFUND WAS NOT RECEIVED, my bank PROVED it never got refunded. This has been going on 7 months. Now KLM are saying they never even took the money from my bank account in the first place. My bank can prove they did take the money. I AM TAKING KLM TO COURT, my bank can PROVE FROM COMPUTER BANKING SYSTEMS THAT KLM DID TAKE £848 FROM ME AND PROVE THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME. Yes it will cost me a lot of money but when I win in court KLM will have to refund all legal expenses.
