KLM appear to be entirely dysfunctional. I booked flights from Bristol to Nuremberg via Amsterdam. Due to tight connection at Amsterdam my luggage did not arrive in Nuremberg. On my return the flight from Amsterdam to Bristol was cancelled and they would/could not book me on a replacement that day. After 1 hour on the phone to customer services they rebooked me for the next day. However, the flight from Nuremberg to Amsterdam was delayed and they bumped me off that flight and onto a much later one(despite it being half full. I have now been in Nuremberg Airpott for 5 hours waiting for the 18-10 to Amsterdam and a 22-00 connection to Bristol. However the flight to Amsterdam is now delayed until 19-30 and I might miss my connection and be stranded at Amsterdam. This company are completely useless and unhelpful. I will never fly with them again.
