I ordered from the company before, but my most recent order from November still hasn't arrived. Previously, they delivered items to me in about three weeks, but this time they claimed the address was incorrect. It's the same address they've used before! This was weeks ago, and I'm still waiting. They offered a 15% refund, but since the items were meant for Christmas, I need a full refund. They say they can't do that because the order is almost here, which is confusing. I had to buy alternative gifts, so I don't understand why I should pay for items I can't use as gifts and still haven't received!
