Review Time
So disappointed honestly, it has been a week now and they haven't replied to my DMS on Instagram and I still haven't received any email updates. There is no way I can track my parcel because there is no tracking number or name of the parcel delivery company. So unprofessional. I think it's a scam otherwise they would at least reply to their customers. Please be careful.
After waiting two weeks for my delivery, the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, but I can't find it anywhere. The tracking number doesn't seem to work with the carrier, and I have no idea who is responsible for the delivery. I've contacted customer service, but I haven't received a reply yet. I'm really disappointed.
I placed an order right before the holidays as an extra gift. The website was very user-friendly, and the company kept me updated via email with a tracking link for the bracelets. I’m really pleased with the bracelets; I wore them while showering and going about my day, and they haven’t tarnished. The only minor issue is that one bracelet lost the small charm on the end of the chain, but that doesn’t diminish my overall experience.
I ordered from the company before, but my most recent order from November still hasn't arrived. Previously, they delivered items to me in about three weeks, but this time they claimed the address was incorrect. It's the same address they've used before! This was weeks ago, and I'm still waiting. They offered a 15% refund, but since the items were meant for Christmas, I need a full refund. They say they can't do that because the order is almost here, which is confusing. I had to buy alternative gifts, so I don't understand why I should pay for items I can't use as gifts and still haven't received!

I've been wearing some of the pieces daily for the past year without any tarnishing or signs of wear, even while showering. When a bracelet broke, I contacted the support team, and they replaced it at no cost! I highly recommend this!

When there was an issue with my order not being delivered, I contacted the service, and they quickly reshipped my order without hesitation while keeping me informed. Upon arrival, I was very pleased with my selected pieces. Everything was nicely packaged and looks fantastic. The clover bracelets are perfect as gifts, and I wear the watch daily, receiving many compliments. The blue hands and matching winder are lovely details. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend the service based on my experience.
