Complete scam. Ordered some products and received them within 2 weeks, however the quality was not up to my expectations and one product was even open (open packages of hygienic product are not subject to reimbursement accorsing to their own terms). I thought it was common sense that if they would not accept my return after having opened the package, then I should not accept theirs, specially that crap quality!! Sent 5 emails to send the products back, never got a reply, started a dispute on PayPal and they were complete useless too. Big waste of time and money.
