Complete scam. Ordered some products and received them within 2 weeks, however the quality was not up to my expectations and one product was even open (open packages of hygienic product are not subject to reimbursement accorsing to their own terms). I thought it was common sense that if they would not accept my return after having opened the package, then I should not accept theirs, specially that crap quality!! Sent 5 emails to send the products back, never got a reply, started a dispute on PayPal and they were complete useless too. Big waste of time and money.

Absolute crap, barely trims hair, not a close shave, irritates skin and I do not have sensitive skin, doesn't glide easily. You'd honestly need 1 hour + to shave your legs and still get a poor result. Pure rubbish. Also 5* review on trust pilot on their website. Obviously a scam. Save your money
Long delivery time. Chinese plug for Australia. Wrong adaptor and when I posted the hairdryer back for a refund at my expense they said it’s now in customs awaiting me to pay. Checked with post office here and the liability is on the company, not me. At a stalemate. They won’t pay customs so I don’t get a refund. Poor service. Poor product information and website very misleading. Makes you think it’s an Australian company and the goods are coming from here but how wrong was I. Never buy anything from Kylnis as you will be ripped off.
I paid $232 for the Stellar View Pro 150× HD and received a cheap knock off from China the generic F30070M, which retails on ebay for $50 plus $10 shipping. These people are DEFINITELY not to be trusted.I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews before buying. A lesson learned. It's a case of obvious fraud. They pretend they are local but like many fake Chinese ghost shops in Australia now they are based in China. The ABC News published a story on these types of scams just today.
