Long delivery time. Chinese plug for Australia. Wrong adaptor and when I posted the hairdryer back for a refund at my expense they said it’s now in customs awaiting me to pay. Checked with post office here and the liability is on the company, not me. At a stalemate. They won’t pay customs so I don’t get a refund. Poor service. Poor product information and website very misleading. Makes you think it’s an Australian company and the goods are coming from here but how wrong was I. Never buy anything from Kylnis as you will be ripped off.
