I also fell victim to the vacuum cleaner scam. I received the same generic response as others, claiming the product matched my order. They refuse to issue a refund unless I have issues with the vacuum I received. I thought the recommendation was trustworthy, which led me to make the purchase. I regret not reading these reviews beforehand. They finally responded to my complaint but still won't allow a return. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
