Ah man, I should have checked this companies reviews prior to buying $340 worth of digital frames.
The boxes arrived damaged so I asked to return them, provided pictures of the damage as well. They accepted and sent through the return info.
The package has now been stuck in Chinese customs for two months and the seller has stopped responding to my emails asking them to retrieve it.(Australia post a has advised me that it’s entirely on the seller to retrieve the parcel and I have given them this information)
Do not buy from these scammers.

I bought an item from this company a few months back . Firstly the item arrived damaged . They sent me a return address to send it too , expecting me to pay $41 shipping fee back to China after being told this company was in Australia . Luckily I purchased this product through PayPal and they helped me with the shipping cost. The item was then sitting at customs and the seller was told they had to pay a fee to collect it . Obviously the seller refused to collect it or pay the fee. This company obviously knew there would be charge and they wouldn’t pay it resulting in them them claiming I didn’t return the item. Luckily PayPal informed me that this company is liable to pay to collect the return I sent , which I had proof off. Over 3 months later I finally won the battle through PayPal and received my $260 money back , thank you PayPal.
This company is a scam and tried every way they could not to give me a refund. Please watch out for this company they are rotten to the core
I ordered 2 digital photo frames from a seller in early December, expecting them to arrive before Christmas, but they never did. Later, I was informed there was a technical issue with processing my order, and it was ultimately cancelled. They then mentioned a problem with refunding my money through a payment service and requested my bank details, which I refused to provide. I'm uncertain about what will happen next and fear I may have lost my money. I wouldn't recommend this seller at all. I gave them 1 star because there was no option for 0 stars.
I purchased a stick vacuum that had been reviewed by what I've now found out to be a fraudulent account. The product is terrible. I reached out to the support team immediately and was eventually offered a partial refund. However, since then, I've been given the runaround with excuses about processing issues and they keep requesting my bank details—absolutely not! Don't fall victim to their scams. Be cautious of how dishonest this service is.
I received no response after discovering that the "tracking number" provided was never registered with any courier. It seems they automatically generate tracking information to extend delivery times. While that may be acceptable, customers should be informed about back orders. I only received a response from the service after I escalated the issue to a payment platform.
I recently bought a stick vacuum cleaner that is only suitable for tiled and wooden floors, and it cannot be used on carpets. It includes two soft pads for smooth surfaces. After reading various reviews, I've discovered many others have also felt misled by this company and received a subpar product. I received a response more than 24 hours later, saying it was already in their automatic dispatch system. After that, I asked for my tracking information. Another 24 hours passed before I got the tracking number. A week later, I checked the tracking and saw it still hadn’t been dispatched. I sent another email and received a reply two days later, claiming they were experiencing issues, which seemed very coincidental. I waited another two days, checked the tracking again, and it still said 'preparing shipment.' I repeatedly asked for return information to send the product back as soon as it arrived, but each time, my requests were ignored with generic responses. Now, I’m taking this to the ombudsman and consumer affairs with all their emails and evidence of consumer law breaches. It’s been two weeks since I made the purchase, and I’ve only received the same generic replies. My money has been taken, and there’s no shipment information except for a tracking number still stuck on 'preparing shipment.' Avoid this situation at all costs! This feels like a major scam.
