I declined a package from this company. A video shows the courier taking back the package, yet it’s still marked as delivered. The company has seen the video but refuses to follow up with the courier, which has terrible reviews. I’ve had to file a claim and will be reporting the courier for theft. The company denies acknowledging the declined parcel and providing a refund. DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER. THEY ARE BASED ABROAD AND HAVE TERRIBLE REVIEWS. OVERPRICED ITEMS WITH COMPLICATED RETURN POLICIES.
