I wish I could rate this with zero stars. I placed an order and requested a cancellation within 24 hours. I received a response more than 24 hours later, saying it was already in their automatic dispatch system. After that, I asked for my tracking information. Another 24 hours passed before I got the tracking number. A week later, I checked the tracking and saw it still hadn’t been dispatched. I sent another email and received a reply two days later, claiming they were experiencing issues, which seemed very coincidental. I waited another two days, checked the tracking again, and it still said 'preparing shipment.' I repeatedly asked for return information to send the product back as soon as it arrived, but each time, my requests were ignored with generic responses. Now, I’m taking this to the ombudsman and consumer affairs with all their emails and evidence of consumer law breaches. It’s been two weeks since I made the purchase, and I’ve only received the same generic replies. My money has been taken, and there’s no shipment information except for a tracking number still stuck on 'preparing shipment.' Avoid this situation at all costs! This feels like a major scam.
