I had a dreadful experience with this service. I ordered a pillow over a month ago and have yet to receive it. When I sought a refund, I encountered rudeness rather than assistance. Extremely unprofessional! I placed my order on October 23, 2025, and today is December 8, 2025. I strongly advise against ordering from them!
