I purchased an 'Icelandic Wool' women’s sweater as a gift from a seller. Soon after, I noticed a $39.99 charge on my credit card from a company I didn’t recognize. When I reached out for clarification, they informed me that I was subscribed to a 'membership' and could opt-out if I wished. The sweater finally arrived, but it contains no wool whatsoever; it’s entirely made of acrylic. I requested a full refund but have yet to receive a response from the support team. I strongly advise against buying from this seller.
Complete scam! The glasses are not polarized. The fraudulent charges are genuine. They took 4 dollars from my account. I use a less common bank and only deposited enough for my purchase. I had a balance of 5 dollars, and they took 4. The joke's on them😀 I'm certain they would have taken more if possible.
I made a purchase on November 25th and still haven't received any updates. I'm unsure of the origin, and there's no address provided! I just contacted my bank, and they can't find any record of this transaction or the service on my statement either. So where did my money go? This feels like a scam!

I received what seemed to be an authentic wool sweater (allegedly made in the US from Norwegian materials, as per my communication) and based on the website's image of the beautiful sweater. The sweater delivered to me (via JFK) is made in China from acrylic and looks extremely low quality, akin to something from a dollar store. NOT AS ADVERTISED. I intend to return it, hoping they'll provide return instructions. What a waste of time and money!
This service is a SCAM. I have not received the pillow I ordered after more than a month. When I requested a refund, I was met with insults. Very unprofessional! I placed my order on October 23, 2025, and today is December 8, 2025. I truly do not recommend ordering from them. SCAM!!
They have fraudulently attempted to charge my credit card three times. I thought I was purchasing a pair of shoes locally, but they are being shipped from China. It's been over four weeks, and I still haven’t received them. I found the same $34 shoes on another platform for $12.
I bought a dog toy that was advertised as tough and indestructible. I paid extra for lifetime insurance. Instead, I received a toy that doesn’t function, with no instructions or batteries, making it impossible to fix. I contacted the store, and they offered me store credit, but I can’t access the store to use it. The toy is dangerous; the plastic is so low quality it could injure my pet. A waste of $25. Do not spend your money; it’s unsafe, and they come from overseas, making returns impossible.
Well, I guess my experience was slightly better than many others. They did refund an unauthorized charge. I did receive a sweater (from overseas despite believing I was dealing with a local company). It was supposed to be cashmere, but the sweater feels like cheap polyester. It's a shame because for just a bit more, I could have actually gotten genuine cashmere here.
