I placed an online order using a $50 gift card and added $24 to complete the purchase on 04.10.2025. They deducted the full amount of $74 from my account. When I contacted customer support, they suggested I order something else online using the gift card. I expressed my reluctance to shop online again given my previous issues. One item I've ordered still hasn't arrived, and despite multiple emails, they only reply that they are looking into it. They did issue a $47 refund, but it was less than the gift card value. The support team mentioned transferring me to another department, but I haven't heard anything. I've been emailing every few days with no response. They need to resolve this, refund my money, and provide my missing item.
