I purchased a stick mixer that broke within the warranty period and requested a refund. They confirmed the refund was processed, but I still haven't received it after more than four weeks. I've had numerous frustrating interactions with their support, both by phone and online. They keep saying the bank transfer is processed but provide conflicting information. They promised to send proof of the remittance via email, but that never arrived. This has been a very disappointing experience, despite the small amount of money involved. I won't shop with them again due to the terrible support and lack of follow-through.
